Simone E. Morris is the founder and CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises, a certified women-owned business that helps organizations develop inclusive leaders and build healthier workplace cultures. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 1000 coaching hours, and she brings 23+ years of Fortune 500 experience across IT, commercial strategy, and HR. She created and hosted 15 seasons of The Power of Owning Your Career podcast and founded the annual Inclusive Leadership Impact Awards. She holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and is pursuing a doctorate in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University.

Simone E. Morris is the founder and CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises, a certified women-owned business she launched in 2015. She helps organizations develop inclusive leaders and build workplace cultures where people can do their best work. Through executive coaching, leadership programs, and keynote speaking, she works with HR and people leaders to turn inclusion from an intention into everyday leadership practice.
Her perspective comes from more than 23 years at Fortune 500 companies in information technology, commercial strategy, and human resources. She was an award-winning employee resource group (ERG) chair and has advised seven corporate ERGs, so she knows firsthand how leaders build engagement from within. Simone is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 1,000 coaching hours. She has delivered programs and keynotes for organizations including Becton Dickinson, Stryker, Heineken North America, and MassMutual.
Simone wrote more than 118 articles as a Forbes contributor, and her work has also appeared in Entrepreneur and other outlets. She is the author of four books:

She created and hosted The Power of Owning Your Career podcast, which ran for 15 seasons. She also founded the annual Inclusive Leadership Impact Awards (ILIA), which celebrates inclusive leaders and gives a portion of its proceeds to a local Connecticut nonprofit each year.
She is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, Simone holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a PMP certification, and an AI Strategy Certificate from Cornell. She is pursuing a doctorate in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University, with a concentration on organization development and inclusive leadership.
